We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. If we cannot fulfill an order due to a back-order, we will notify you by email with an expected fulfillment date. We ship via the--------------------Totaltacticalpf.com Return Policy-----------------
Any Totaltacticalpf order from the store. (Totaltacticalpf Inc.) Any Item from our store can be returned within 3 days that you received the product. Email us at gman@totaltacticalpf.com within that time period with your order number, and your reason for returning the item. Make sure that the subject line of your email contains the words "Request for Product Return Authorization Number". We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number ("PRA#") and instructions on how to return the item. Before returning make sure that you have followed all the tutorials on how to set the product up correctly.
All items MUST show no sine of damage or carelessness and returned in the original packaging, including everything that was in the original packaged. Damaged products are NOT RETURNABLE. The PRA# will automatically expire in 10 days, so all product returns must be received by the Totaltacticalpf.com (Totaltacticalpf Inc.) Items should be returned to our Returns Department within 15 days of the PRA# being issued. Upon receipt we will issue you an exchange of the product. WE DO NOT EXEPT MONEY OR CASH BACK REFUNDS.
We carefully pack all products. If you receive a product shipment from us in a damaged condition, please inform the carrier IMMEDIATELY or within 24 hours of receiving the product and also let us know by email at gman@totaltacticalpf.com. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US
